Generally we keep stock of some model, and we can produce goods as order. When you inquiry and place order, please contact us to confirm if there is any stock, and the delivery time.

2. Shipping Costs

Generally we ship good by sea, railway, air. We will quote price as your request(FOB, CFR, CIF), with freight cost, Insurence or not. If need the price with freight cost, please inform us your discharge port. We will calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time

In general,

shipments by sea are in transit for 30 – 45 days.

shipments by air are in transit for 7 – 15 days

shipments by railway are in transit for 15– 30 days according the destination

3.2 Dispatch Time

Before order, please contact us to confirm the dispatch time. If we have stock, orders are usually dispatched within 7 business days of payment of order. If out of stock, orders are usually dispatched within 30-45 business days of payment of order.

3.3 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, we will send the Bill of loading, Airway Bill or Railway Bill of Lading to customers. And we will update the the latest transport information updates from the shipping provider.

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find googs is damaged in-transit, please get in touch with our customer service. We will resend parts base on the damage.

6. Insurance

If you add insurance cost when you order. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
